Sean got his start in the political hotbed of Iowa working on congressional and presidential campaigns in the early 1980s.
During that time, he was President of the University of Iowa Democrats and an organizer of student campaigns and protests.
While at Iowa, Sean earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in the field of geology.

Upon completion of his degrees, Sean worked both as a political organizer and geologist. In 1992 Sean joined Bill Clinton’s
Presidential Campaign as a member of the Advance Staff.  After Bill Clinton was elected President, Sean moved to
Washington to work for the Presidential Inaugural Commission and the Clinton Administration.

Sean served President Bill Clinton and Vice President Albert Gore Jr. through three Presidential campaigns and throughout
the entirety of the Clinton Administration.  He designed and produced many of the President and Vice President’s largest and
most important rallies, inaugurations, and international summits.  He produced and directed the majority of the large crowd
events for President Clinton’s foreign travel, including Romania with 450,000 attendees, Ukraine with 250,000 attendees,
Bulgaria with 85,000 attendees, and Ireland with 60,000 attendees.  In a different role, while working White House events,
Sean served as Director of Media Logistics for summits and inaugurals.  Sean has also coordinated press tours throughout the
world from Bosnia to Nigeria.

In the Clinton Administration, Sean also worked on Radioactive Waste issues, serves on the Senior Staff of the Secretary of
Energy, and worked in the Office of National Security and Nonproliferation at the U.S. Department of Energy.

Sean currently lives in Washington D.C. where he works as President of SKAmedia, a political, media, and event production
consultation firm.  SKAmedia’s clients include political campaigns, non-profit organizations, trade unions, corporations, and
law firms.  SKAmedia provides the same level of expertise and service to its clients, that Sean Kennedy provided to the
President of the United States.

At SKAmedia Sean has expanded his areas of expertise beyond Media Event and Press and VIP Logistics into “New
Media”.  SKAmedia has had success with its streaming video for the web and video e-mail products.  SKAmedia’s
capabilities in Satellite Media Tour Production were recognized during the 2004 Democratic Primaries, when Sean’s team
produced all of John Edwards, 90 percent of John Kerry’s, and 50 percent of Howard Deans Satellite Media Tours.

During the 2004 General Election Campaign, SKAmedia made campaigning history with “The Rally in a Truck Tour” for
Kerry Edwards.  For the first time a Presidential campaign used the tactics of a rock and roll tour and a caravan of trucks full
of sound staging and lights on the road to produce the largest rallies of the campaign in the battle ground states.  During the
tour, many gigantic and successful rallies were loaded in and loaded out with as little as two day intervals.
